Deployment and data-flow architecture
Proposed tenancy, hosting boundary, source systems, integration method, information cutoff and writeback path.
Trust & Enterprise Readiness
RabbitHawk extends your existing systems rather than replacing them, keeps humans in control of high-impact decisions, and is configured to your security and compliance requirements. Security and governance are treated as infrastructure, not an afterthought.
What enterprise evaluation covers
Cloud, tenancy, network boundaries, data flows and the approved writeback pattern are agreed during technical evaluation. The incumbent system can remain authoritative.
The evaluation records the minimum required data, retention boundary, encryption requirements, sensitive-data handling and any restrictions on model or language-model providers.
Customer roles, decision rights, administrative access, SSO, MFA and least-privilege requirements are mapped to the agreed deployment before implementation.
Every intervention case preserves the reference, evidence, prior, candidate, human amendment, approval and publication lineage, so the official forecast remains reconstructable.
High-impact changes require human review. Planners can review, amend, approve or reject a candidate before anything becomes official.
Forecast, prior, model, prompt and policy versions remain traceable. Reviewers can inspect assumptions, evidence, calibration and the reason a candidate was produced.
Uncertainty is made visible, humans stay in control, and the system is judged by decision quality rather than automation for its own sake.
We support security review and procurement during evaluation, with documentation tailored to your process.
Current assurance status
RabbitHawk does not currently hold formal security certifications. Product controls include immutable version lineage, human approval gates and audit records, with support for dedicated per-customer deployment. Hosting, tenant boundaries, encryption, retention and deletion, provider use, identity controls, backups, incident response and writeback are documented and agreed for each enterprise evaluation. We do not represent a control as certified until it has been independently verified.
Evidence prepared for evaluation
Proposed tenancy, hosting boundary, source systems, integration method, information cutoff and writeback path.
Data classification, retention, encryption, access, logging, provider handling and customer-owned responsibilities.
Version lineage, validation evidence, calibration monitoring, human approvals, change control and rollback.
Audit or shadow mode, required data, named owners, acceptance measures, escalation path and production gates.
Enterprise architecture
RabbitHawk reads from the systems you already run, computes forecasts and decisions in a governed layer, and writes results back, so it augments your stack instead of competing with it. It is cloud-agnostic and runs as a dedicated, per-customer environment configured to your requirements.
ERP, POS, WMS, finance and planning sheets: unchanged and authoritative.
Secure connectors and exports bring structured and unstructured signals into RabbitHawk.
Context, forecasting, optimization, decision workflow and learning: the engine.
Scenarios, belief review, governed approvals and version lineage keep humans in control.
Approved recommendations flow back to the systems of record to be executed.
